Besides being an excellent editor, Charlotte has high-level secretarial and administrative skills. During more than 10 years working as my executive assistant, Charlotte performed secretarial services including typing from handwritten notes and managing my diary, meetings, emails and tasks. She compiled and maintained our research centre’s contacts database, produced email newsletters and wrote marketing and website content.
